I feel like it is a true miracle to be alive today.

I was born into a half-safe, half-dangerous environment. My nervous system never knew what consistent safety felt like, especially from those meant to provide it. The first 8 years of my life I experienced chronic severe abuse at the hands of my father, and instead of developing normally, I adapted in ways that would later be named Complex PTSD.. and a whole lot of “just take this RX” from western Doctors, touting these ways as my "only option”.

The first decades of my life were marked by intense anxiety, depression, and many painful symptoms—at a time when trauma-informed care was still finding its voice. Among the many traumas I’ve faced, including the sudden tragic loss of my brother, I’ve spent a lot of time contemplating: What will I actually make of this life I’m blessed to live?

I chose to devote it to this work. This beautifully transformative path that saved my own life.

I created this test after the first years of guiding women through trauma-informed healing and realizing—there was no simple, loving tool to help people understand their nervous system and access the right somatic practices to truly feel better in their bodies.
